Pursuant to Reg. 30 read with Sub Para 7C of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, and in continuation to our intimation dated 25th April, 2025, regarding the resignation of the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, we wish to inform you that Mr. Rajat Arora was relieved from his responsibilities as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. the close of business hours on Wednesday, 28th May, 2025.
