We write to inform that consequent to the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board at its meeting held today i.e. May 28, 2025 was pleased to re-appoint Mr. Amar Singh Negi as Executive Director - Service Business (HAD) of the Company for e period pf 5 (five) years w.e.f 30th October, 2025 subject to approval of the shareholders in ensuing Annual general Meeting.
