IFB Industries - Outcome Of The Meeting Of The Board Of Directors- Secretarial Auditors.

The Board of Directors in its meeting held on 28th May, 2025 have inter alia approved the appointment of M/s Patnaik and Patnaik Company Secretaries ( Firm Registration No. P2017WB064500 and peer Review Certificate No. 1688/2022) as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company for a term of 5 consecutive years commencing from the Financial Years commencing from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30.
