Nahar Poly Films Ltd - Corporate Action-Board approves Dividend

The Board of Directors in their meeting held on 28.05.2025 recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.00/- (i.e. 20%) per equity share of Rs. 5/- each on Equity Share Capital for the Financial Year Ended 31st March, 2025 subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
