It has been decided to close Register of Members for the purpose of Annual General Meeting to be held on 12.09.2025. The Book closure is from 06.09.2025 to 12.09.2025 - both days inclusive. The Board of Directors have not recommended Dividend for the Financial Year ended 31.03.2025.
