Approval of Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Single Segment) of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025 (FY 2024-25)\r\n2. Appointment of M/s. Agarwal S. & Associates, Peer Reviewed Firm of Practicing Company Secretaries, as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a period of five consecutive years commencing from FY 2025-26 till FY 2029-30 subject to approval of shareholders
