We hereby inform you that Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of the Company in its Meeting held on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 approved the allotment of 25,00,000 Equity Shares to Man Finance Private Limited upon conversion of Warrants allotted to them by the Board of Directors on December 1, 2023.
