Nitin Agrawal & Co, Practicing Company Secretary (C.P. & M.N. 11931 & 9684) a Peer Reviewed Firm of Company Secretaries in Practice, Raipur (Peer Review Number: 2989/2023), as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for Audit of five consecutive years commencing from FY 2025-26 till FY 2029-2030, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
