JK Lakshmi Cement L - Dividend

JK Lakshmi Cement Limited has informed the Exchange that Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 27, 2025, recommended Final Dividend of 6.5 per equity share of ₹ 5 each (130%) for the Financial Year ended 31st March 2025. The said Dividend, if declared by the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be credited/ dispatched within three to four weeks of the said Meeting.
