JK Lakshmi Cement Limited has informed the Exchange about appointment of M/s Ronak Jhuthawat & Co., Company Secretaries, a peer reviewed firm, as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a term of five consecutive years to hold office from F.Y. 2025-26 to F.Y. 2029-30, subject to requisite approval of the Members at the ensuing AGM.
