ZUARI INDUSTRIES LIMITED has informed the Exchange that Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 27, 2025, recommended Final Dividend at the rate of 10% i.e , Rs. 1/- per equity share of Rs. 10/-each.The final dividend on equity Shares is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
