Amines & Plast. - Dividend

Amines & Plasticizers Limited has informed the Exchange that Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 27, 2025, recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 0.50/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each (25%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The payment of dividend is subject to the shareholders' approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
