Prime Focus Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Appointment of Ms D M Zaveri & Co. as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company for a 1st term of 5 (five) consecutive years commencing from the financial year 2025-26 till the financial year 2029-30, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company w.e.f. May 27, 2025.
