In terms of Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III and Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, We hereby enclose the Audited Financial Results of the Company and the Statement of Cash Flows, along with the Statement of Assets and Liabilities as on that date along with the Auditor's Report with an unmodified opinion on the aforesaid financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2025.
