In Compliance with the provision of Regulation 8(2) of SEBI PIT Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 27, 2025 approved & amended the \Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading & Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information.\
