Avon Mercantile - Corporate Announcement - Intimation Of Filing Of Delisting Application With Calcutta Stock Exchange (CSE)

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulation 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 29th August, 2024, has approved the voluntary De-listing of the Company from the Calcutta Stock Exchange (CSE). Accordingly, the Company has filed the necessary delisting application with CSE on 27th May, 2025.
