Ramsons Projects - Notice Of 31St Annual General Meeting (AGM) Of Ramsons Projects Limited (The 'Company').

In compliance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed the Notice of 31st Annual General Meeting of the Company. The 31st Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, June 19, 2025, at 12:00 P.M. through Video Conferencing ('VC') or Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM') in accordance with the General Circular No. 09/2023 dated September 25, 2023, issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The notice of the AGM of the Company, along with the BSE portal, shall be made available on the Company's website, at https://ramsonsprojects.com/.
