As per Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we are herewith enclosing a copy of the audited financial results along with statements of assets & liabilities, cash flow, and audit report for the year ended 31/03/2025 at their meeting held on 27/05/2025. The Board regretted its inability to recommend any dividend.
