Silver prices fell by Rs 615 to Rs 97,388 per kilogram on Tuesday, as traders pared down their positions amid reduced market interest.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), July delivery contracts slipped by 0.63%, or Rs 615, to Rs 97,388 per kg, with a trading volume of 17,391 lots.
According to analysts, the decline was primarily driven by profit-booking and selling pressure at prevailing price levels.
