Uravi Defence - Update on board meeting

The Board Meeting to be held on 28/05/2025 has been revised to 30/05/2025 The Company informed the exchange that meeting of the Board of Directors which was originally scheduled on Wednesday, May 28, 2025to consider and approve, inter alia, the audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial results of the Company along with auditors' reports thereon for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2025 is now postponed and re-scheduled to Friday, May 30, 2025 due to unavoidable circumstances.
