Sahyadri Industries - Corporate Action-Board approves Dividend

The Board has recommended the Final Dividend of Rs. 1 per Equity share of INR 10 each for Financial year 2024-25. This Final Dividend is subject to the approval of members at the ensuing 31st Annual General Meeting. Book closure for the purpose of payment of Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2024-25 will be informed separately.
