Shirpur Gold Refinery Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/05/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve SHIRPUR GOLD REFINERY LTD. has informed exchange that the Resolution Professional shall consider and approve the Audited Financial Results on standalone and consolidated basis for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2025 in a Resolution Professional (RP) Committee meeting (in lieu of suspended Board of Directors) scheduled to be held on Wednesday, May 28, 2025
