Welspun Enterprises Reappoints Balkrishan Goenka as Chairman, Sandeep Garg as MD

Welspun Enterprises announced on Monday that its board has approved the reappointment of Balkrishan Goenka as Executive Chairman of the company.

In an exchange filing, the company also confirmed the reappointment of Sandeep Garg as Managing Director.

Goenka will continue as Whole-time Director for an additional one-year term, effective from June 1, 2025, to May 31, 2026. His position will remain not liable to retire by rotation.
