Arihant Superstructures Limited has informed the Exchange about Considered and approved to divest 500 Equity Shares in Amoghvarsh Houses Private Limited. Pursuant to the said transaction, Amoghvarsh Houses Private Limited would cease to be an Associate of the Company.
