Maruti Securitie - Board Meeting Intimation for The Purpose Of Announcing Audited Financial Results For The Quarter And Year

Maruti Securities Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/05/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1. Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter & Year ended March 31, 2025 along with the report of the statutory auditor of the Company;\r\n\r\n2. Any other business matters.\r\n\r\nThis is to inform all concerned that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities closed from April 01, 2025, in compliance with the company's Insider Trading Policy. The trading window shall remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results for the quarter and fiscal year ending March 31, 2025.\r\n
