Power Finance Co has declared 20.50% Final dividend for the financial year March 2025

Power Finance Corporation Ltd. on Wednesday, 21 May 2025, has announced Final dividend of 20.50 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Friday, 13 June 2025 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 13 June 2025.

The last five dividends are 35% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 19 March 2025), 35% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 28 February 2025), 35% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 25 November 2024), 32.50% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 30 August 2024) and 25% Final dividend (Ex Date : 26 July 2024).
