The Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, i.e., 23rd May 2025 has inter alia approved the: \r\n1. Audited Financial Results of the Company, both Standalone and Consolidated, for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2025; \r\n2. Reports from the Statutory Auditors of the Company, Messrs. S S Kothari Mehta and Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, on the aforesaid Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results.\r\nIt is further informed that the Board has not recommended any dividend for the financial year 2024-2025.
