Reliance Chemotex Industries Ltd-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1. the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2025 along with the Statement of Assets and Liabilities as at March 31, 2025 and the Cash Flow Statement for the financial year ended on March 31, 2025 and to take on record the Auditor's Report thereon.\r\n\r\n2. recommend Final dividend, if any, on equity shares of the Company, for the financial year 2024-25.\r\n
