The Company has made an investment in its wholly owned Subsidiary i.e., Systematix Wealth and Assets Services Private Limited (Formerly Known as Systematix Wealth and Assets Management Private Limited and Systematix Ventures Private Limited) by Subscribing to 10000000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each amounting to Rs 10,00,00,000/- (rupees Ten Crore Only)
