Mangalam Seeds Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/05/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, along with other matters as approved by the Chairman.\r\n\r\nFurther, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed and will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
