To consider and approve the Audited Financial Result of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2025, and Audited Report thereon. 2. To approve the appointment of the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for F.Y 2018-19 to 2023-24. \r\n3. To approve the appointment of the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for F.Y 2024-25.
