Mazda Ltd-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/05/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter and Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2025 and to recommend Final Dividend on equity shares, if any.
