Deccan Cements Ltd-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/05/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In addition to our Intimation given on 19th May 2025 about the meeting of the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on Tuesday, 27th May 2025 at the Registered office of the Company, inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and year ended 31st March 2025, we would like to intimate that in the said Board Meeting the Board will consider to recommend Final Dividend FY 2024-25.
