APPROVAL OF AUDITED FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE QUARTER AND FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED MARCH 31, 2025, The Board approved and taken on record, inter alia, the Audited Financial Results of the Company along with Audit report for the Fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025, prepared as per IND-AS along with other matters as mentioned in the letter attached herewith.\r\n\r\nThe Board meeting commenced at 12:30 P.M. and concluded at 01.30 P.M.
