This is with reference to captioned subject, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today i.e. May 22, 2025, had considered and approved the following matters:\r\nAPPROVAL OF AUDITED FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE QUARTER AND FINANCIAL YEAR\r\nENDED MARCH 31, 2025,\r\nTHE ADOPTION OF A NEW MEMORANDUM OF ASSOCIATION OF THE COMPANY IN\r\nCONFORMITY WITH THE COMPANIES ACT, 2013,\r\nAND OTHER MATTERS.\r\n\r\nThe Board meeting commenced at 12:30 P.M. and concluded at 01.30 P.M.
