CMS Info Systems has declared 32.50% Final and 30% Special dividend for the financial year March 2025

CMS Info Systems Ltd. on Monday, 19 May 2025, has announced Final dividend of 32.50 percent and Special dividend of 30 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Friday, 23 May 2025 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 23 May 2025.

The last five dividends are 32.50% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 11 February 2025), 32.50% Final dividend (Ex Date : 28 May 2024), 25% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 06 February 2024), 47.50% Final dividend (Ex Date : 30 August 2023) and 10% Final dividend (Ex Date : 13 September 2022).
