Va Tech Wabag - Dividend

VA Tech Wabag Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 21, 2025, recommended a final Dividend of INR 4.00/- per Equity Share of face value INR 2/- each (200%) for the FY 2024-25 commemorating ""WABAG's Century long Leadership in Water and Sustainability"", subject to approval of Shareholders.
