Gulf Oil Lubricants - Board Meeting Outcome for Audited Financial Results And Final Dividend

We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held today viz. Wednesday, May 21, 2025, has inter-alia, approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025 along with Statutory Auditor's Report thereon and recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 28/- per Equity Share (1400%) of Rs. 2/- each for financial year 2024-25.
