Board of Directors of RVNL has approved the engagement of M/s. Sinha & Srivastava LLP, Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditor for a period of 5 years starting from FY 2025-26 subject to the approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM).
