Outcome of Board Meeting - The Board have recommended a final dividend of INR 4.00/- per Equity Share of face value of INR 2/- each (200%) for the FY 2024-25 commemorating \WABAG's Century long Leadership in Water and Sustainability\, subject to the Shareholders' approval at the ensuing 30th AGM.
