The Audited financial results (Standalone and\r\nConsolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, in terms of Regulation 33 of the ('Listing Regulations').\r\n2. The Board may recommend the declaration of Final Dividend, if any, on Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2024-25.
