Pentokey Organy India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/05/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ('Listing Regulations'), it is hereby informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 24th May, 2025 to, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2025.\r\n\r\n
