The Board has considered the request of reclassification of Mr. Samvegbhai Arvindbhai Lalbhai (a member of promoter group of the Company), who holds 51,139 equity shares, equivalent to 0.11% of total equity capital of the Company, from 'promoter group' category to 'public' category.
