The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 61.07 crore compared to net loss of Rs 8.11 crore in the previous year quarter.
Net revenue of the company rose by 5.19 per cent at Rs 573.86 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 545.56 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 2.89 per cent to Rs 458.96 crore from Rs 446.06 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 844.35 per cent at Rs 35.13 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 3.72 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 15.48 per cent to Rs 114.90 crore as against Rs 99.50 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 9.76 per cent in March quarter.
Interest grew by 11.14 per cent y-o-y to Rs 23.25 crore, while Taxation decreased by 97.21 per cent at Rs 1.53 crore (Mar'24 Rs 54.76 crore).
