DM & Associates Company Secretaries LLP\, peer reviewed firm of the company secretaries in practice as the Secretarial Auditor of the company for the 1st term of five (5) consecutive years commencing from the financial year 2025-26 till the financial year 2029-30 subject to approval of shareholders of the company ensuing 63rd Annual General Meeting.
