Kirloskar Industries names George Verghese as Managing Director

Kirloskar Industries Ltd (KIL) on Tuesday announced the appointment of George Verghese as its Managing Director for a five-year term.

In a statement, the company said its board of directors approved the appointment at a meeting held on May 20, 2025. Verghese will assume the role from May 21, 2025, to May 20, 2030, pending shareholders' approval.

Verghese joined the Kirloskar Group in April 2021 as Vice President of Group HR. He later served as the CHRO and Chief of Staff at Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd, where he played a key role in driving a successful strategic business turnaround.
