Dhampur Sugar Mills announced on Tuesday that it will repurchase over 10.81 lakh fully paid-up equity shares through a tender offer, amounting to nearly Rs 20 crore.
In a regulatory filing, the company stated that it will buy back up to 10,81,081 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 185 per share, on a proportionate basis. The record date for the buyback has been set for May 23.
