Suryalakshmi Cotton Mills Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/05/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We have to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been convened on Tuesday 27/05/2025 to consider inter alia and approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2025.\r\n\r\nThere is no proposal to consider recommendation of payment of dividend for the year 2024-25.
