Talbros Engineering Limited has informed about that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 20, 2025, recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 2.5/- per equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, fully paid up, for the F.Y. 2024-25, for approval of Shareholders at the A.G.M..
