Man Infraconstructio - Appointment Of Secretarial Auditor

Pursuant to Reg 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e May 20, 2025, has recommended appointement of M/s. Rathi & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries Firm as the Secretarial Auditor for a term of 5 consecutive years commencing from April 01, 2025 to March 31, 2030, subject to approval of the Shareholders.
